💪🏻 Core Tasks
- 70% Inside Sales. You will call & win over suppliers on the phone
- 10% One-on-One Mentorship. As a team of serial entrepreneurs, you'll experience a tailor-made mentorship program led by our Global Head of Sales and our CEO with a focus on long-term personal development to become an absolute sales superstar
- 10% Reporting. Take control of your sales funnel and add your successes to your team's reporting
- 10% Process Improvement. Continuously improve our internal processes for a high level of efficiency and automation
🔐 Key Requirements
- Between 1-3 years of inside sales experience reaching out on the phone for software products (ideally SaaS)
- Native German speaker
- Fluent English speaker (C1 level or native-level proficiency) as English is our company language
- Demonstrated work achievements in sales in high-performance environments (startups, consulting, venture capital)
- You are passionate about working on the phone
- A high energy level and a strong bias towards action
- Powerful communicator with apositive, energetic attitude
- Experience with CRM-tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, …
💰 Compensation
Fair compensation based on market and qualification
🤓 What happens when I apply?
- Initial Qualification Call: You will have a 45min video call with our Account Executive DACH to assess a general fit and answer your questions about the role.
- Roleplay Case: You will participate in a 60min video call with our Account Executive DACH together with our CEO where you will be role-playing some typical scenarios for the role.
- Q&A Call: You will have a video call with our CEO (45-60 minutes) to get to know you more, share insights into our vision and mission as well as our work culture. You’ll also have dedicated time for your questions!
- Conclusion Call: You will have a final 15min conclusion call to give you our final answer and potentially make the offer for the role.
