Sales Assistant

Core tasks
- Primary point of contact for the sales management and sales team
- Assisting with all organizational and administrative tasks (e.g., travel planning for account managers)
- Creating presentations for internal and external events
- Participating in the preparation of proposals
- Supporting sales personnel with data maintenance in the CRM system
- Preparing incoming orders for internal order processing
- Planning, organizing, and accompanying customer events in the region
- Assisting with telephone acquisition activities (e.g. follow-up calls for event invitations)
Must have requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Possibly initial experience and knowledge as an assistant in sales or related areas
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities, ideally including proficiency in English
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Hiring process
- Interview: Remote, 30 min, HR and 1 person from the sales department
- Interview: Onsite, 1.5 hours in Munich: 3 people form the business (sometimes presentation task)
