🧠 Role Summary
Build, scale, and lead a data-driven Paid Social offering in Germany, positioning it as a core growth channel through innovation, operational excellence, and ecosystem integration.
💼 Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Product
Define and scale a modern Paid Social portfolio (incl. AI solutions)
Drive integration with Organic Social, Commerce, and Investment
Own product, tools, processes, and KPI development
2. Leadership
Lead a ~25 FTE team + offshore teams
Develop talent, org structure, and performance culture
Act as mentor for senior leadership (EDs, Group Heads)
3. Operations
Standardize and optimize workflows
Drive automation, efficiency, and outsourcing initiatives
Ensure high-quality execution via KPI tracking
4. Innovation
Bring in global best practices and translate locally
Develop guidelines for platforms, targeting, formats, measurement
Launch new digital products (e.g. guarantees, investment models)
5. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate across agency brands and global teams
Represent Paid Social internally & externally
Drive change management and enablement
🎯 Ideal Profile
Strong experience managing large-scale Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Proven leadership of larger teams
Deep expertise in automation, efficiency & process design
Strong data & measurement mindset
Excellent communication skills (DE/EN, incl. C-level)
