Briefing: Partner Manager – Mateo
Position: Partner Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Hybrid – Berlin
The candidate must be onsite (Monday and Wednesday fixed) and a few days per week - 2 days home office / Onboarding: 3-4 days onsite
Contract: Permanent (40 hours per week)
Salary: 45.000 - 50.000 EUR per year fixed – commission: 20.000 EUR – OTE: 70.000 - 75.000 EUR

Language: German (C2) native speaker is a big PLUS – English (B2)

Responsibilites
Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with our current and potential partners
- primarily through events and inbound (customers are mostly German SMEs e.g. system houses / association groups / associations)Planning and implementation of trade fairs and webinars as well as joint events
The candidate represents Mateo at trade fairs and events
Conception and realization of creative approaches to win new partnerships
Regular personal exchange and central interface between the sales team and partners
Coordination of joint projects and campaigns
Must-have:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer contact, ideally in the B2B sector (ideally in medium-sized companies
- Basic knowledge of IT and software solution
- Willingness to travel: at least every two weeks in Germany (sometimes more)

Someone who wants to learn a lot and can be coached by the founder
Empathetic person: must understand the needs of customers
Mateo needs someone with an entrepreneurial mindset
Extroverted character
Profile can be very diverse: e.g. there was a candidate in the process who was a partner for Hertha BSC
